All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order to us Monday – Friday. All orders placed after 3pm Friday and on Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. We use Australia Post’s standard delivery with signature required. Delivery is estimated to be between 3-5 business days. You can track your order with a tracking number that will be emailed to you once items have been dispatched.
Delivery charges: FREE SHIPPING on all orders $100 and over Australia wide. Orders under $100 are charged a flat rate of $10.
International: All orders outside Australia will be charged a flat rate of AUD$20. A tracking number will be emailed to you once items have been dispatched. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like an estimate of delivery time for international orders.
We will happily exchange any items that don’t fit or suit what you are after with a different size or store credit. Any exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Store credit must be used within 6 months of issue. Items must be returned in original condition with tags still intact.
Return postage is at your expense. Make sure your order is sent via secure methods of post, as we cannot offer any reimbursement until we have received the items.

No exchanges or refunds on sale items.
We do not offer any refunds, except if there is a fault with the garment. Any faulty items must be claimed within 7 days of delivery, so please check your order thoroughly on arrival.
