If you are not home when your order arrives, the delivery driver will leave a collection slip for you to collect from your nearest depot.
If you wish to have the order left at the front door or somewhere on your property, please specify in the shipping notes. The delivery driver will place it somewhere out of the weather for you. Please note; this is done at your own risk, we do not recommend this as it can result in mail theft, and Sundaystyler cannot take responsibility for missing items, should this occur.
A lot of our customers get their orders sent to their work address instead of their home address to insure someone is there to sign for it.
We are more than happy for you to exchange any items that do not suit, simply send back to us within 7 days at:

Once we have received the returned goods, we can issue you with a credit note. Your credit note will be valid for 6 months from issue date.
Please note; items must be sent back in the same condition, unworn, tags still intact. It is a good idea to track your retuned item, as we cannot issue a credit note until we have physically received the clothes in the right condition.
We do not offer refunds for any reason unless the goods are faulty. Please check your order as soon as you receive it. You have 7 days from receiving your order to put in a claim. Email us immediately if you find something wrong with your item at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will always endeavour to provide clothes that are true to size, and will indicate if they are on the smaller or larger size.
We have provided a size chart to reference for most garments.
