All domestic orders in Australia are sent via Australia Post. Flat rate of $9 for STANDARD SHIPPING. Free Standard shipping on all orders over $149. You can upgrade this to EXPRESS POST for a flat rate of $14.
International orders $25 flat rate.
Orders are sent the same business day up to 2pm. After 2pm the following business day.
EXPRESS - 1-3 business days.
STANDARD - 2-7 business.

These shipping rates have been updated from May 2022 due to the continual rising costs of shipping.
We hope you love your new clothes, however, in the event that you need to return your order, please send back as soon as possible. We allow 14 days from the date of delivery for your order to be returned.
Simply send back with the returns form in your package (this form is sent with every order). Fill out the form and send back to:

Your returned items must be unworn, with tags still intact. Any trace of fragrance, pet hair or other evidence of wear will be rejected as a return. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or clothes that don't fit.
You will be given a store credit in the amount of your purchase, minus the postage. Postage is non-refundable. This will be emailed in the form of a gift card that will be valid for 6 months from the date we receive your return. This gift card can also be saved in your apple wallet for easy reference. Please allow 1-3 days for processing once your item has been delivered to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We do not send exchanges. You will be able to place another order for the correct size or style once your credit has been emailed to you.
In the event of a faulty product, please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your items to discuss options. We can try to replace or offer a full refund in this case.
Sale items are final. Please choose carefully, we do not exchange sale items. Please email us with any questions or uncertainty around sale items before ordering. We will happily do our best to assist you with measurements or queries.
Please note: The colour of garments can vary slightly from different computer screens and devices. We take a lot of care to depict the colour as true as possible. We also show the garments in try on videos on our social media pages, as well as writing a detailed description of the colour on the website.
